Contact data and purposes
This is an informational website. It has no submission forms, visitor accounts, newsletter subscriptions or public file uploads. Contact and participation buttons open your email or telephone application: they do not send a message by themselves.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. If you call and provide contact details, we may receive those details and your inquiry. We use them to respond, follow up on inquiries about the project, volunteering, collaboration or donations, and handle privacy requests. An inquiry does not subscribe you to email campaigns.
Do not send medical information, identity documents or card details. The center has not opened, and this channel does not provide clinical or emergency care.
Inquiry retention
The initial policy adopted for received inquiries is to retain them for no more than 12 months from receipt, unless a legal obligation or a justified need requires longer retention. Exceptions must have a documented reason and be reviewed when that need ends.
The organization is responsible for carrying out this policy. For now, institutional administration supervises the review and deletion of inquiries under the documented procedure.
Managing and deleting inquiries requires manual review: the website does not automatically delete emails. This limit does not set retention periods for accounting or donation records, or for external providers’ technical records or backups, which depend on their obligations, contracts and processes.
Hosting, technical data and cookies
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requests and security data. It may generate operational metrics or network error reports.
The site code does not set its own cookies, use local storage for profiles, or include visitor analytics, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps, videos or social widgets. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website. Language switching uses links. Website assets are served from its own hosting.
This does not mean Cloudflare or an external website never uses technical security mechanisms, cookies or its own logs. Their practices and retention periods are separate from our inquiry limit. Any future forms or analytics tools will require a review of this notice and any necessary choices before activation.
Email and other providers
Institutional email is managed through Google Workspace. Google processes messages and associated data to provide that service. Access to inquiries must be limited to people in the organization who need it to handle them. The website has no public dashboard for viewing or editing those messages.
Cloudflare, Google and PayPal may process data in the United States or other countries under their terms. We do not sell data we receive directly or use this website for personalized advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to handle your request through a provider, meet a legal obligation or protect security, limiting it to what is needed.
Donations through PayPal Giving Fund
The donation button opens the external PayPal Giving Fund profile for Latino LGBTQ Community Center of Las Vegas. Donations are made to PayPal Giving Fund with a recommendation to benefit our organization; PayPal Giving Fund retains legal control of the funds and applies its delivery conditions.
PayPal and PayPal Giving Fund handle the form, payment, receipt and transaction data under their own policies. Our website does not collect full card numbers or security codes. Depending on your anonymity choice and the provider’s terms, the organization may receive donor and gift details for acknowledgments, inquiries and donation administration. This does not enroll you in advertising.
Donation records may be subject to accounting or legal retention obligations different from general inquiries. For data or payment matters handled by PayPal, also consult its policy and support channels.
Requests, children and changes
You may request access, correction or deletion of data you sent us by emailing info@latinolgbtqlv.org. To protect information, we may request the minimum details needed to verify the request. We will assess it under applicable law and retention obligations without promising to delete records that must be retained.
We do not offer registrations or forms directed at children on this website. If you believe a child sent us information requiring review, contact the same address.
We will publish material changes and an updated date here. Linked websites apply their own privacy notices. The English and Spanish versions describe the same practices.
